We keep things simple: we only collect what we need to help you, and we don’t sell your information.

• Arrange and manage your hire, including pickup or delivery;
• Contact you about your booking and hire; and
• Keep basic records of hires.

Booking requests submitted through our website are delivered to our email inbox using a third-party email delivery provider (Resend), which processes the message on our behalf so it can reach us. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it where it’s needed to provide the service you’ve asked for, or where we’re required to by law.

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability, as is normal for websites.

Keeping your information

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to manage your hire and keep reasonable records, and then remove it. You can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing support@coastalbirthco.com.

Children

Our service is intended for expecting parents and adults preparing for birth. It is not directed at children.
