What's included
Belly Oil
Warm a few drops between your hands and massage into your belly, hips, thighs, boobs and bum, anywhere skin is stretching and growing. Use daily, morning or night, and especially after a warm shower when thirsty skin drinks it in. A few drops in the bath works a treat too. Suitable for all skin types, and we recommend 2 to 3 bottles to see you right through your pregnancy. Patch test first, and don't use on broken or irritated skin. For external use only. Store out of direct sunlight.

Labour Room Spray
Give it a good shake, then mist generously around your birth space, over pillows, linen and any room that could use softening. Spritz whenever you need to reset, in the bath, between contractions, or on the drive to hospital. Made with clary sage, so it's one to save for 37 weeks and beyond. Avoid spraying directly onto skin or faces.

Roll onto your wrists, temples, the back of your neck, your belly, and the acupressure point between your thumb and forefinger. Breathe it in deeply, then reapply as often as you like through each wave. Keep it tucked in your labour bag so it's always within reach. Suitable for all skin types. Birth Comb
Grip the comb in your palm and press the teeth into the fleshy mound at the base of your thumb, the soft part of your hand just below your thumb. Squeeze firmly as each contraction builds, giving your body another strong sensation to focus on, then ease off and relax in between. Keep it in your hand, your labour bag, or your partner's pocket so it's always ready to grab. Reusable, just wipe clean.
